Private/Bulk/Event Booking Qualifiers

The STBA provides the option of booking our badminton courts for private, group or event bookings. Rates start at $240 for a minimum of 6 courts for 2 hours and additional courts or hours are at $20/court. We offer a discounted court rate for bookings for the whole hall (12 courts for 4 hours or more) on application. Public Holidays or weekends may include an adjusted rate to cover staff costs. All bookings require an STBA representative to be in attendance. If you are seeking a booking of this nature, please check our online booking system first to ensure the dates and time of your requested booking are currently available then complete this online form and submit. We will review your request and respond typically within 3 working days with approval or otherwise. If approved a final cost and payment link will be provided. Payment must be received in full in order to complete a booking. If your booking is for less than 12 courts, the STBA reserves the right to hire remaining courts - a booking for less than 12 courts does not reserve the whole hall.

I acknowledge and agree:

There will be no alcohol consumed on premise without arrangement with the STBA and under the premises liquor permit allowances.
There will be no misuse of the premises, and activities will be strictly badminton (not other activities within the court area).
I am responsible for any damage caused whilst using the premises.
I am responsible to ensure that the centre is left in a tidy state, with rubbish in bins, used shuttles in the shuttle buckets provided and no clothes, rubbish, or other remains left on the stands.
I will ensure that the booking times are strictly adhered to.
I understand I need to provide own shuttles and racquets unless I have arranged for purchase/hire of these beforehand from the STBA.
