The STBA is run by a volunteer committee, as such we do not at this time offer a ‘normal business hours’ phone option. Instead we ask visitors to look through the information on our site to answer their questions, check our facebook page (and post) or if unable to then please contact us via [email protected] As a last resort you can call us on 0488 788 426 and leave a message. We attempt to clear messages within 48 hours. THE FAQ below may help with your query!

  1. How do I hire a court at the hall?

Go to the online booking site at our website ( https://stbacourts.skedda.com/booking), where you will be able to book and pay for a court.  Please note that times/days where the hover over shows you a green point can be booked, if it is red then bookings are unavailable at this day/time. Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.

 

  1. Can I just come to the hall and play?

Only at one of the STBA’s scheduled public sessions (https://www.stba.net.au/session-information/), otherwise you must book a court online.

 

  1. Can I hire rackets and buy shuttles?

Yes and No. From 4pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday or at any of our public session’s rackets and shuttles are available, all other times you will need to supply them yourself.

 

  1. Why won’t the online booking system let me book a court?

Because there is nobody at the hall to let you in.  Please note that times/days where the hover over shows you a green point can be booked, if it is red then bookings are unavailable at this day/time. Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.

STBA is an organisation run by volunteers and the hall is not attended or managed 24/7. If the booking system is locked and you can’t book a court it is because there will not be anyone at the hall or the courts are not available for public hire.

 

  1. Can I take photos of others in the hall?

No, not without first gaining their consent.

 

  1. I have a question about the rules at night roster.

  1. Why is no one answering the phone number?

Because STBA is a volunteer run organisation we do not have paid staff to answer the phone.

If you have a question and you cannot find the answer on the website please feel free to leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we can. Please note this may take up to 48 hours.
