1 – What has the STBA done to deal with the challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has posed?
We have developed a COVID-19 Safety Plan (this is available for anyone to view upon request at [email protected] or if you ask at the centre we can provide you with a paper copy).
2 – What measures did the Safety Plan impose for the centre?
The measures we have implemented include (but are not limited to): that we have added hand sanitising stations at the entry to the building and to each court, we are only accepting cashless payments, we are using markers all throughout the centre and we have added extra signage throughout the centre to ensure members are aware of best approaches to reducing the spread of germs.
3 – How do I hire a court at the centre?

4 – Can I just come to the centre and play?
We are accepting walk-in players to the centre, however to guarantee your session on the court it would be best to book via our online system to ensure that there is availability.
5 – Can I hire racquets and buy shuttles?
You are able to buy shuttles ($3 for 1 or $35 for 12) and we are offering racquet hire for $5 per racquet per session of use.
6 – Can I take photos of others in the hall?
No, not without first gaining their consent.
7 – I have a question about the rules of night roster.
