Court Hire with Skedda

Skedda is our new bookings system manager, follow the instructions below if you haven’t yet created an account or would like to know how to make a booking. 

We are open 10am – 9:30pm on a Monday to Friday, and 11am – 9:30pm on the weekends.

Our hours may vary on Public Holidays.  

Court hire is $20 per hour for STBA members and $25 per hour for non-members. 

 

How to set-up your Skedda profile to play at the STBA:

  1. Click on this link.
  2. Fill-in the ’email address’, ‘first name’, ‘last name’ fields and check the box to agree to the software terms and privacy policy.
  3. Click ‘register’. 
  4. You will then receive an email from Skedda to confirm your new account, after you have clicked the confirmation link your account is ready for use. 

 

How to book a court for a casual session through Skedda:

  1. Select the time that you would like to book, this can be done by selecting a specific time that is highlighted green in the booking calendar. 
  2. Select ‘book’ and it will take you to a booking confirmation page where you are required to fill out all details relevant to your booking.
  3. Please take note of the terms you are agreeing to within the check boxes prior to booking.

 

Skedda Frequently Asked Questions:

What do I do if the member price is not displaying on my booking, even though I am a member?

If you have only just registered for Skedda then you must allow up to 48 hours for STBA staff to update your account. If it has been over 48 hours, send us an email at [email protected].

Can I cancel a booking and receive a refund?

Unfortunately, although Skedda is very reliable when it comes to online booking (unlike our previous system SportyHQ), Skedda is less flexible. We are unable to provide cancellation/refunds for court bookings via Skedda at this stage. On this basis unless serious circumstances arise your court booking will be final, so ensure you know that you will be available for the time that you are booking.  We thank you for your understanding.

In the meantime, our team is working closely with Skedda and its relevant gateway partner, to investigate the feasibility of an easy and convenient cancellation/refund process for our members. We will advise you as soon as we have an answer.

How do I receive the membership rate on Skedda?

You must sign-up for an STBA membership – this can be done by following this link!

What if I used Skedda when it was the STBA booking system in the past?

Your old account and password details will still work, so all you will need to do is sign-in!

What if I still had credit in my SportyHQ account?

We will get in touch with players who still have funds in their account. As this will be a big process, we appreciate you having patience with us. We endeavour to have it finalised by the end of March at the latest.
